Manzil is a collection of Quranic verses that serve as a means of protection and antidote. It is intended to counteract the effects of black magic, jinn, witchcraft, sorcery, and the evil eye.

In the tradition of Prophet Muhammad (SAW), he personally faced attacks from sorcerers, but was able to nullify their effects through reciting Quranic verses. According to various traditions, different parts of the Quran are believed to have a positive impact on an individual, whether it be negating the effects of witchcraft or contributing to overall well-being and enhanced religious practice.

Manzil consists of 33 verses from the Quran that offer protection against magic and safeguard against Satan, thieves, and harmful animals:

• Surah Al-Fatihah (Chapter 1): verses 1-7
• Surah Al-Bakarah (Chapter 2): verses 1-5, 163, 255-257, and 284-286
• Surah Al-Imran (Chapter 3): verses 18, 26-27
• Surah Al-A'araf (Chapter 7): verses 54-56
• Surah Al-Israa (Chapter 17): verses 110-111
• Surah Al-Muminoon (Chapter 23): verses 115-118
• Surah Al-Saaffaat (Chapter 37): verses 1-11
• Surah Al-Rehman (Chapter 55): verses 33-40
• Surah Al-Hashr (Chapter 59): verses 21-24
• Surah Al-Jinn (Chapter 72): verses 1-4
• Surah Al-Kaafiroon (Chapter 109): verses 1-6
• Surah Al-Ikhlas (Chapter 112): verses 1-4
• Surah Al-Falaq (Chapter 113): verses 1-5
• Surah Al-Naas (Chapter 114): verses 1-6

It is recommended to recite the entire Manzil either once or three times in a single sitting. This can be done once or twice a day, with one session in the morning and another in the evening.
